The ideal candidate should be confident in handling customers, following up on outstanding payments, negotiating payment solutions, and achieving collection targets.

Key Responsibilities: Handle third-party collection calls and customer follow-ups Resolve payment-related queries professionally Negotiate and secure payments as per process guidelines Meet daily, weekly and monthly collection targets Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Follow company policies and collection procedures Key Skills:
