KEY SKILLS: SAP HCM / SAP HR India Payroll SAP HCM Implementation Testing Payroll Validation End-to-End Testing Regression Testing Test Scenarios & Test Cases KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and execute test scenarios and detailed test cases for SAP HCM processes.

Perform end-to-end testing of SAP HCM India Payroll processes.

Validate payroll results and identify discrepancies or defects.

Execute regression testing to ensure system stability after changes.

Support SAP HCM implementation and testing activities, preferably for India Payroll.

Analyze test results, document defects and coordinate for resolution.





Work closely with techno-functional consultants and business stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Ensure testing activities meet defined quality and business requirements.

IDEAL CANDIDATE: 2+ years of relevant SAP HCM/HR experience Robust hands-on India Payroll testing experience Valuable understanding of payroll processes Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to 15 days Local Bangalore candidates only
