What You'll Do

n

n
Design and build interactive in-app content including Flows, Tasklists, Beacons, Tooltips, and Self-Help modules.
n
Collaborate with multinational stakeholders to understand business workflows, enterprise software, and user personas.
n
Drive digital adoption and help end-users seamlessly onboard and navigate complex applications.
n

What We’re Looking For

n

n
2.5+ years of experience across Instructional Design, Content Creation, Technical Writing, Customer Success, or Software Development.
n
Familiarity with DAP tools (Whatfix experience is a robust plus!).
n
Solid analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
n
Basic understanding of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, Java Script) is preferred.
