Reputed Automobile Company Requires Telecaller

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Generate recent leads and customer enquiries.
Follow up on customer requirements and quotations.
Contact customers for sales and service-related follow-ups.
Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
Share qualified leads and enquiries with the Sales/Service Team.
Maintain regular follow-up until the enquiry is closed or transferred to the concerned team.
Update customer information in Excel/CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
Handle other calling activities assigned by management.

Requirements
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Confident and polite telephone manner.
Positive follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Gujarati and Hindi communication required; basic English preferred.
Ability to work with daily calling targets.
