Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records handling data preparing reports coordinating with internal teams and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily back-office and administrative activities.
Enter update and maintain company data and records.
Prepare reports documents invoices and MIS reports.
Handle emails calls and internal communication.
Coordinate with sales HR accounts and operations teams.
Maintain and organize physical and digital documents.
Verify data and ensure accuracy of records.
Track pending tasks and follow up with concerned departments.




Assist management with documentation and operational requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Word.
Valuable typing and data-entry skills.
Solid communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
