Key Responsibilities Generate and convert leads into gym memberships .

Handle enquiries from walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online leads. Understand customer fitness requirements and recommend suitable membership plans. Conduct gym tours and explain facilities, programs, and membership benefits.

Follow up with prospective members and convert leads into sales. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly membership sales targets . Drive membership renewals and reactivations. Build strong relationships with existing and prospective members.

Maintain accurate lead and customer information. Coordinate with Personal Trainers and the Center Manager to improve member experience. Participate in local marketing and promotional activities. Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for every customer.

Submit daily sales reports to the respective cluster teams by the end of the day . ? Candidate Requirements 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Customer Relationship / Fitness Industry.

Experience in gym or fitness membership sales is preferred . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Target-oriented and self-motivated.



Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.

Confident personality with a customer-first approach. Passion or interest in fitness and wellness is an advantage. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. ?
