Job Title Medical Representative (MR) Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Medical Representative (MR) to promote the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, product knowledge, and relationship-building skills to achieve sales objectives within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors and healthcare professionals. Visit hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, and stockists regularly. Build and maintain solid relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key customers.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct product detailing and presentations to healthcare professionals.



Ensure product availability by coordinating with distributors and retailers. Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.

Organize CMEs, doctor meetings, and promotional activities. Submit daily call reports, expense reports, and sales updates. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or any graduate. 1–5 years of experience as a Medical Representative or Pharmaceutical Sales Executive.
