? WE ARE HIRING – MECHANICAL MANAGER

Vaaman Engineer India Ltd. is looking for an experienced Mechanical Manager to lead mechanical maintenance and reliability operations at Jharsuguda, Odisha .

? Location: Jharsuguda, Odisha

? Experience: 10–15 Years

? Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma – Mechanical Engineering

? Industry: Aluminium / Non-Ferrous Metals / Process Industry

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead mechanical maintenance for Cast House, Wire Rod Mill, ICM & Billet Casting .
- Manage preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Robust expertise in Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems and troubleshooting.
- Drive equipment reliability, availability and maintenance performance.
- Conduct RCA for major and recurring equipment failures.
- Implement FMEA for critical equipment and processes.
- Monitor and improve MTTR & MTBF .
- Plan and execute shutdowns, major overhauls and preventive maintenance.
- Analyse breakdown trends and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Operations, Electrical and Instrumentation teams.
- Ensure critical spares and maintenance resources are available.
- Lead Kaizen, reliability improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, SOPs, LOTO and Permit-to-Work systems.
- Lead and develop the mechanical maintenance team.
