Roles and Responsibilities

- Maintain and Inspect Construction Machineries on Daily Basis including RMC Plant, Tippers, Transit Mixers, Graders, Soil Compactor, Excavator, Back Hoe Loaders and Other

- Responsible for Recruiting and Managing operators/drivers including Fleet Management

- Ensure procurement of Spare parts at site and preventive maintenance of all Construction equipments and vehicles

- Maintaining fuel mileages and Repair records on regular basis

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications during site execution.

- Oversee mechanical engineering activities in office, including planning, coordination, and supervision of laborers.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents.

- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize site operations.
