- Media Buyer

We’re looking for a performance-driven Media Buyer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience managing Google & Meta Ads, CPL and CPS campaigns, international clients, and high-revenue performance campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Management: Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- CPL & CPS Campaigns: Manage and optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Sale (CPS) campaigns with a focus on conversions and profitability.
- Campaign Scaling: Scale campaigns while maintaining strong ROAS, ROI, CPA, CPL, and CPS.
- International Campaigns: Manage campaigns for international clients and global markets, with experience handling USD 30K–40K+ in monthly revenue.
- Cloaking & Optimization: Hands-on experience with cloaking setup, monitoring,



troubleshooting, A/B testing, and performance optimization.

What are we looking for?

- Experience & Domain Knowledge: 2+ years of experience in Media Buying / Performance Marketing, with proven experience in CPL and CPS campaigns.
- Platform Expertise: Google Ads & Meta Ads experience is mandatory, along with strong understanding of ROAS, ROI, CPA, CPL, CPS, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rates.
- International & Revenue Experience: Experience working with international clients and managing campaigns generating USD 30K–40K+ in monthly revenue.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
