a) Must have experience in DESIGN OF Bulk Material Handling Products /Systems including:

A. To interact with Clients and Consultants towards obtaining Drawing approvals.

B. To be able to do REVERSE ENGINEERING for Cost Optimization of products / systems.

C. Estimations with Bill of Materials.

D. Must have ACAD latest version knowledge and be able to do Drawings independently including:

1. Preparing P&I; / GA / LAYOUT / DETAIL / MANUFACTURING Drawings.
2. Preparing ISOMETRIC / 3D Drawings.
3. Experience on DEVELOPMENT of SILOS / BINS / HOPPERS / COMPRESSED AIRPIPING / INSTRUMENTATION / CONVEYOR ACCESSORIES or SIMILAR EQUIPMENT’S.
4. Experience on Prototype / Development of Recent Products / Systems is preferred.
5. Must be conversant with Area, Volume, Weight, Trigonometric & Geometric Calculations of Conical, Trapezoidal, Cylindrical equipment’s.
6. Knowledge of updated engineering practices with calculations & estimations.
7. Must be able to guide a team of ACAD Draftsman + Engineers.
8. Knowledge of IS and other related standards.

b) Must be able to assist the Marketing Team -PRE ORDERS STAGE:

1. With preparing PROPOSALS / OFFERS – for both Budgetary and Purchase Enquiries.
2. To assist Marketing Team for any Technical Discussions with End User Clients / Consultants /Turnkey Contractors.
3. To assist Marketing Teams with Techno Commercial Viable Options with our Products for Solutions of the Operation and Maintenance Problems being faced.
4. Co-ordinate with Purchase team for Budgetary prices required for offer purpose.

c) To be able to assist Back Office Team for POST ORDER OPERATIONS A.



Review of Orders received from Clients in conjunction with Sale Indents / Work Orders prepared by Back office team.

B. To check QAP for any deviations and if required to coordinate with Marketing Person and Client.

C. Review Consolidated Work Order Statements and take actions on manufacturing schedules, etc.

d) To be able to visit END USERS – POST ORDER STAGE:

1. To be able to guide the different Installation teams at project Sites for any Technical issues that may arise during erection / Commissioning.
2. To Coordinate with respective teams for ensuring Products supplied are properly installed / serviced periodically.

e) Must be able to travel to client plants, offices as and when required for technical discussions. f) Must be proficient with Communication and Computer skills.

g) Coordinate with Other Offices and Persons placed at several locations.

h) Co-ordinate with customer and to be engaged in technical discussion and obtain necessary drawing approvals.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
