Curasia Leelawati Hospital is looking for a BAMS / MBBS doctor to manage our OPD services and provide primary and general medical care to patients from the surrounding rural areas.

The hospital caters to patients from approximately 36 surrounding villages, providing accessible healthcare services and referring serious, complicated and surgical cases to the higher centre whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular OPD consultations and examine patients.
- Diagnose and manage common medical conditions.
- Manage routine cases such as fever, viral infections, typhoid, vomiting, abdominal pain and other common illnesses.
- Provide basic women's health and general healthcare consultations.
- Assess patients and identify cases requiring specialist consultation, investigations or referral.
- Coordinate with the hospital team for patient management and follow-up.
- Maintain proper OPD records and documentation.
- Promote and support quality healthcare services in the local community.
- Handle emergency situations within the scope of qualification and experience and arrange timely referral/transfer whenever required.

Residential stay at the hospital is MANDATORY for this position.

Eligibility

- BAMS / MBBS candidate Required
- Valid registration with the relevant medical council.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may be considered.
- Good clinical communication and patient-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in a rural/semi-urban healthcare environment.
- Willingness to reside at the hospital premises is mandatory.
