Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mathematics Teacher role based in Prayagraj.

The Mathematics

Teacher will plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the curriculum for learners preparing for various competitive and entrance examinations.

Responsibilities include designing lesson plans, explaining mathematical concepts clearly, using appropriate teaching aids, and adapting instruction to different learning levels. The teacher will assess student performance through assignments, tests, and classroom activities, provide constructive feedback,



and support learners’ exam readiness. The role also involves collaborating with academic teams on curriculum improvements, participating in faculty meetings and training, and maintaining an inclusive, respectful classroom environment.

Qualifications

- Strong subject-matter expertise in Mathematics and Mathematics Education, with the ability to teach concepts from foundational to advanced levels.
- Demonstrated experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development, including creating structured, outcome-focused lesson plans and learning materials.
- Status as a Qualified Teacher, supported by relevant teaching credentials, licenses, or certifications.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a closely related field.
- Effective classroom management skills and the ability to engage diverse learners in an inclusive setting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas in a explicit, accessible manner.
- Familiarity with exam-oriented teaching for competitive exams (e.g., government job exams, engineering/medical entrance tests) is highly beneficial.
- Comfort using educational technology tools, digital content, and online assessment platforms.
