Industry: Aviation / MRO (Aviation experience is mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Positions

- Material Planning Associate: 1-3 Years
- Senior Associate: 3-6 Years
- Assistant Manager: 7-8 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Material forecasting, planning and inventory control
- Ensuring timely availability of aircraft materials for scheduled & unscheduled maintenance
- Planning and coordination of spares, BFE, IFE, rotables and tooling
- Managing reorder points, EOQ, service levels and inventory parameters
- Supporting AOG material requirements and urgent procurement coordination
- Supplier coordination and performance management
- Inventory optimization, including surplus and slow-moving materials
- Supporting alternate parts, class change requests and planning documentation

Eligibility

- Regular/Full time Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field
- Relevant experience in airlines, MROs, aviation material planning, aircraft parts procurement or aviation inventory management
