About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager - Marketing with experience in the transformer industry and related electrical products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding market presence, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across the South India region.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 7-10 years of experience in the Transformer, Electrical Equipment, Power Distribution, or related industries.
- Strong network with OEMs, Utilities, EPCs, and Industrial Customers.
- Proven track record in business development and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities ✅ Develop and grow business for the company's product portfolio within the assigned territory.

✅ Increase market share through strategic customer acquisition and relationship management.

✅ Build and manage a strong network of business associates, distributors, and channel partners.

✅ Generate new business opportunities by establishing relationships with customers, OEMs, consultants, and key stakeholders.

✅ Analyze market trends, customer requirements,



and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

✅ Recommend product improvements and identify opportunities for current product development based on industry trends.

✅ Support customers by providing technical and commercial information and ensuring excellent service.

✅ Prepare and submit daily sales and activity reports.

✅ Handle offer generation, technical and commercial proposals, and order follow-up activities for NIFPS Systems and Smart Breather products.
