We are expanding our business in Hyderabad and looking for an experienced Business Development / Marketing Manager who can independently build the market.

? YOUR MISSION

Your job is simple

FIND → CONNECT → MEET → CONVERT → CLOSE

You will be responsible for generating your own pipeline through:

? Cold calling

? Direct corporate outreach

? LinkedIn prospecting

? Market visits

? Architects & PMC relationships

?️ Builders & developers

? QSR / restaurant chains

? Corporate offices

? Hospitality projects

? Commercial projects

? Your own professional network & references

? THIS IS A HIGH-OWNERSHIP ROLE

We will NOT expect you to sit in the office and wait for enquiries.

You should be comfortable picking up the phone and calling 50 potential clients, following up, asking for meetings, visiting sites, developing relationships and pushing opportunities until they convert.

No excuses. No dependency on company-generated leads.

We provide the brand, technical support, execution capability and backend team.

You bring the BUSINESS.

- New prospects identified
- Quality cold calls / outreach
