About the Role

Navkashi is looking for a smart, confident, and result-oriented Marketing Executives who can identify potential clients, understand their current marketing strategies and business challenges, and recommend advanced marketing, IT, AI, and management solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in Social Media, Client Acquisition, Digital Marketing, IT Products & Services, AI-based Marketing, and Management Services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new clients through social media, online platforms, networking, calling, and other channels.
- Connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, email, social media, and online communication.
- Understand the client's current marketing strategy, business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
- Analyze the client's existing marketing activities and identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend and sell suitable advanced marketing, IT, AI, and management solutions.
- Promote and sell services such as:
- Digital Marketing
- Social Media Marketing
- AI-Based / AI-Engine Marketing
- Online & Offline Marketing
- Lead Generation
- IT Products & Services
- Management Services
- HR Services
- Business Growth & Marketing Solutions
- Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and present service proposals to clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into business.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales,

- Stay updated with emerging trends in Digital Marketing, AI, Technology, Social Media, and Business Solutions.

Candidate ProfileEducational Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science / IT – Preferred
- MBA in Marketing – Preferred
- Candidates from other backgrounds with strong marketing, sales, communication, and business development skills may also apply.

- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to understand a client's business and marketing requirements.
- Good knowledge of computers, internet, and social media platforms.
- Understanding of Digital Marketing and online business trends.
