About the Role

We're hiring a Marketing Intern to drive organic lead generation for our diploma program. This isn't a content-posting role — it's about actively finding, engaging, and converting genuine prospective students through organic channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified student leads organically for our diploma program

•Identify and reach out to prospects on Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp communities, and other relevant platforms

•Use Apollo and similar prospecting tools to research and identify target audiences

•Participate in relevant online communities to build awareness of the program





•Develop creative, non-paid strategies to drive student enquiries

•Engage directly with prospective students to understand their needs

•Maintain accurate lead records and share them with the admissions team

•Track lead volume and quality

•Test new platforms, communities, and outreach methods to improve results

•Coordinate with admissions to refine lead quality and conversion

What We're Looking For

Solid communication and persuasion skills

Solid grasp of social media and online communities

Ability to identify and connect with the right audience

Creative, self-driven approach to organic growth

Comfort using Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.

Familiarity with Apollo or similar tools is a plus

Target-oriented mindset

Freshers with strong communication skills and genuine interest in marketing are encouraged to apply
