Kremlin Tech Ventures is launching a full-service digital marketing vertical to help our clients grow through paid media, content, video, and SEO - all under one roof. We're building a lean, senior-led team that moves fast and owns outcomes end-to-end, from strategy and campaign execution to the content and creative that brings it to life. We're building a full-service digital marketing vertical at Kremlin Tech Ventures and looking for marketing interns to join as content creators from day one.

This is a hands-on role - you'll write, shoot, post, and manage content across client accounts, working closely with our Video Editor, Performance Marketer and Digital Marketing Specialist.

What you'll do:

1. Write blog posts, articles, and marketing copy across client verticals
2. Create raw content - shoot photos and short-form video (reels, BTS, talking-head clips) for client accounts, on-camera when needed
3. Plan and execute social media content calendars; write captions and manage community engagement
4.



Draft ad copy, email copy, and landing page copy to support paid campaigns
5. Coordinate with our Video Editor on scripts, shot lists, and raw footage handoff
6. Research industry trends, competitor content, and platform best practices
7. Support basic content performance reporting (engagement, reach)

What we're looking for:

1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field
2. Robust writing skills - writing samples/portfolio required
3. Comfortable creating content on camera and with a phone/camera - this isn't just a writing or scheduling role
4. Active and comfortable across social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
5. Basic familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a plus
6. High ownership mentality - this role spans multiple content functions, not just one

Duration: 6 months, with potential to convert to full-time based on performance. Work arrangement: Full-time, in-office.
