Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services, generating leads, building customer relationships, and supporting the company's overall marketing and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate new leads and customers.
- Identify and approach potential customers through calls, visits, social media, and other channels.
- Promote company products and services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage social media and other digital marketing activities when required.
- Coordinate with the sales and management teams to achieve business targets.
- Track marketing activities, leads, conversions, and prepare regular reports.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, events, and other marketing activities.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors,



and customer requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in marketing or sales. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently interact with customers.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, social media, and digital marketing is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits, if required.
