Events Marketing Executive

Full-time, Louder, Lajpat Nagar, Recent Delhi

We run club nights, comedy shows and live music events, plus our own ticketing platform.

Main Purpose

You'll research, book and market our shows: finding the right artists and talent, arranging venues, vendors and staff, and then driving the marketing that sells the show out. It's a remote role; you manage the show from behind the scenes rather than on-site.

Key Responsibilities

- Market & Talent Research: Research artists, market trends and new territories worth booking.
- Deal-Making: Negotiate terms with artists, vendors and venues so deals work in our favour and protect margins.
- Show Planning: Manage show calendars, capacities and the light logistics around staffing and technical needs.
- Budgets & Financials: Build and track event budgets; follow up on quotes and invoices.
- Artist & Vendor Liaison: Talk to artists, vendors and customers, gather feedback, and identify partnerships and sponsorships worth pursuing.
- Rollout & Marketing: Run marketing end to end, content, social media, campaigns, ticketing rollout, influencer outreach, sponsorships and grant applications. Sell tickets and VIP packages via email, SMS,

calls and digital channels. sell ticketing platform, TixMojo, to other event organizers. Keep CRM and databases updated.

What We're Looking For

- Marketing background in music, media or entertainment; event production experience not required.
- Comfortable doing research and negotiating confidently to get the best terms.
- Strong social media and content skills.
- Valuable with Excel and budgets.
- Great communicator, organised, hands-on.

Nice to Have

- Produced some smaller events, or have a genuine passion for live events.
- Understanding of marketing, audience development and data.
- Knowledge of artists across genres.
- Engagement with pop culture is a bonus, not compulsory.
- Some event-related experience is preferred but not compulsory.

One More Thing "It's not my job" isn't part of our vocabulary. We stuff envelopes; for a fake shaadi, we sourced every costume and element an Indian baraat needs, then found musicians in another country and briefed them on the songs and instruments so it went off seamlessly. We make mistakes, and learn from them.
