Role Description The Marketing Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy and execution for DSIGNS AUSTRALIA. The role includes developing and implementing marketing plans, overseeing brand positioning, and coordinating digital and offline campaigns. Day-to-day tasks involve guiding market research initiatives, analyzing performance data, managing budgets, and aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.

The Marketing

Director will collaborate closely with design, sales, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging, support client acquisition and retention, and drive growth in key markets.



This position also entails mentoring marketing staff, managing external partners, and staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Marketing Management and Marketing, with experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Market Planning, including campaign planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Experience in Market Research, with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.
- Background in Sales, with an understanding of how marketing supports lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Proven leadership experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within an agency or digital-focused environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and brand development methodologies.
