We are building a platform that connects pet parents with trusted caregivers, making it easier to find reliable care for pets when they need it.

Starting in Bengaluru, our goal is to build a strong pet-care community powered by technology, trust, and genuine love for animals - and we’re looking for an energetic, people-oriented person to join us at the very beginning of this journey.

About the Role

As a Marketing & Community Growth Intern, you’ll work closely with the founding team across customer acquisition, caretaker onboarding, community building and brand growth.

This is not a desk-only social media role. You’ll be involved in real conversations with customers and pet caregivers, helping us understand the market and build the community from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

Customer & Caretaker Onboarding

- Reach out to potential pet parents and caregivers
- Explain the platform and onboard users
- Build and maintain relationships with our early community
- Follow up with leads and enquiries

Customer Communication

- Communicate with customers through WhatsApp, calls and other channels
- Understand customer requirements and help them find the right solutions
- Handle basic queries and ensure smooth communication




- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team

Social Media & Content

- Assist in creating Instagram and other social media content
- Develop ideas for reels, posts, stories and campaigns
- Engage with the pet-parent community online
- Help build the startup's digital presence

Community & Partnerships

- Identify and connect with pet communities, apartment communities and local businesses
- Explore partnership opportunities
- Help organize grassroots/community marketing initiatives
- Build relationships with people and organizations in the pet-care ecosystem

Marketing & Growth

- Support customer acquisition campaigns
- Experiment with new marketing ideas and outreach strategies
- Track responses, leads and conversions
- Identify what works and help us improve our growth strategy

Who We’re Looking For

- 0–2 years of experience
- Freshers are welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with new people over calls and WhatsApp
- Genuine interest in pets and pet care
- Comfortable using Instagram, WhatsApp and other digital platforms
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Creative mindset with an interest in marketing and growth
- Ability to work independently and take ownership




- Prior experience in sales, marketing, community building or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not mandatory

We care more about your skills, attitude and willingness to learn than your degree or years of experience.
