About the Role

CineMan Productions is looking for a Marketing & Creative Assistant to work closely with the Communications Executive and assist with the company’s day-to-day marketing, social media, creative and research requirements.

This is an entry-level, hands-on role for someone who is smart, organised, creatively inclined and willing to learn.

The role will involve supporting the Communications Executive across a variety of tasks,



from creating social media content and marketing assets to conducting research and assisting with presentations and other ongoing requirements.

Responsibilities

Social Media & Creative Support

- Help the Communications Executive create social media posts, stories, reels and other digital assets.
- Assist with regular posting and maintaining Cineman’s social media platforms.
- Create basic graphic designs using Canva, Photoshop or similar tools.
- Assist with basic video editing and short-form content.
- Help create and format presentations, pitch decks, credentials and other marketing material.
- Organise and maintain creative assets and marketing material.

Research & Marketing Support

- Help conceptualise and plan case studies and other marketing content showcasing Cineman's work.
- Assist with research, planning, and execution of case studies, presentations and other communication assets.
- Conduct online research as required for ongoing marketing and business development activities.
- Compile, organise and present research in a transparent and useful format.
- Build and maintain databases and lists as required.
- Assist with research for pitches, presentations, projects and other marketing initiatives.




- Maintain and update information in spreadsheets and other working document.

General Support

- Assist the Communications Executive with research, references and other material required for ongoing work.
- Support promotional and marketing activities for CineMan’s films, advertisements and other projects.
- Take up day-to-day tasks and assignments as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when needed.
- Provide general support to the Communications Executive across ongoing work.

What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is:

- Smart, curious and quick to learn.
- Organised and good at following through on tasks.
- Comfortable with online research and spreadsheets.
- Creatively inclined with a good visual sense.
- Comfortable with social media platforms.
- Familiar with Canva and/or basic Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Able to do basic video editing using Instagram Edits, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Good at finding and organising information.
- Detail-oriented and reliable.
- Proactive and willing to take on different kinds of work.
- Interested in films, advertising, media and popular culture.
