Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) end-to-end — from campaign structure to creative briefing to budget pacing
- Own key performance metrics: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate, and optimize campaigns against them on an ongoing basis
- Run A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve funnel performance
- Manage pixel/conversion tracking, UTM structuring, and attribution reporting across platforms




- Define and execute marketing and communication activities in line with the overall marketing plan
- Coordinate marketing activities across channels to generate qualified leads
- Collaborate with content, design, and client teams to align creative with campaign goals
- Report on campaign performance with clear, data-backed insights and recommendations for clients

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, ideally in a B2B or agency setting
- Solid grasp of performance marketing fundamentals — funnel metrics, attribution, budget allocation, and campaign optimization
- Ability to multi-task across multiple client accounts and campaigns
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
