Role Description The Marketer role at Career Launcher is a full-time, on-site position based in Gaya. The individual in this role is responsible for planning and executing local marketing campaigns to promote CL’s test-prep and training programs, including online and offline initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include market research, brand promotion, coordinating events and seminars, managing relationships with schools and colleges, and supporting lead generation and enrollment activities.





The role involves creating and adapting marketing collaterals, monitoring campaign performance, and providing regular reports and insights to the management team. Collaboration with sales and academic teams is essential to ensure integrated outreach and consistent messaging across channels.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in marketing planning, campaign execution, and basic digital promotion.
- Ability to conduct local market research and analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging students, parents, and institutional partners.
- Organizational skills for managing events, seminars, and promotional activities in and around Gaya.
- Comfort with using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and social media platforms for outreach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in education, training, or test-prep marketing is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
