Role Description The Marketing Account Manager is a full time, remote role responsible for overseeing client relationships and ensuring successful delivery of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication with clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and campaign execution.
- Review emails for content, formatting, links, accuracy, and overall quality.
- Perform basic quality checks before campaigns go live.
- Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams.
- Track campaign tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Maintain client updates and project records.
- Assist with basic campaign reports and performance tracking.
- Follow agency processes and ensure timely delivery of client work.
- Learn and support different areas of digital marketing as required.





Skills Required

- Positive written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Interest in email marketing and digital marketing.
- Good organisational and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.

Experience
