Role Description We are looking for a candidate who has shop floor supervisor experience and experience of handing ongoing jobs , handling workers, meet deadlines etc. he should have hands on experience in all shop floor operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and staff coaching.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Production Planning and scheduling to manage workflows and meet delivery timelines.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Quality Control, including inspection processes and adherence to manufacturing standards.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for coordinating across production, quality, and management teams.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Manufacturing Operations, including machinery processes,



safety practices, and shop floor documentation.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in machinery or heavy engineering manufacturing environments is beneficial.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, or other continuous improvement methods is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and adapt to a rapid-paced industrial setting.
