Role Description This is a full-time, in office Manufacturer role based in Nagpur. The Manufacturer is responsible for operating production machinery, assembling products according to specifications, and monitoring manufacturing processes to maintain quality and safety standards.
Daily tasks include following work instructions, performing routine equipment checks, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and reporting any issues or defects to supervisors. The role also involves collaborating with team members to meet production targets, adhering to health and safety regulations, and supporting continuous improvement activities on the shop floor.
Qualifications
- Ability to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and tools, with attention to safety and quality.
- Strong understanding of basic production processes, assembly techniques, and standard operating procedures.
- Capability to follow written and verbal instructions, read technical documents, and complete required documentation accurately.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform repetitive tasks, handle materials, and stand for extended periods.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills, with a cooperative approach to working in a diverse production environment.
- Basic problem-solving skills to identify issues in the production line and escalate or address them appropriately.
- Commitment to workplace safety, use of personal protective equipment, and adherence to company policies and regulations.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar industrial setting is preferred but not strictly required.
- Minimum educational background of high school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in manufacturing is an advantage.
