About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for our growing SAP and Microsoft technology practices. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hiring for niche technology roles and the ability to work closely with business leaders to build high-quality talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for SAP and Microsoft technology roles across various levels.
2. Partner with business and practice leaders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
3. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for niche and critical technology positions.
4. Manage sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, recruitment agencies and other channels.
5. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future business requirements.
6. Handle senior and critical hiring independently, including stakeholder management.
7. Manage external recruitment consultants and ensure quality, turnaround time and cost effectiveness.
8. Track and improve key recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, offer-to-joining ratio and source effectiveness.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
10. Drive employer branding and innovative talent sourcing initiatives.
11. Lead and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring achievement of hiring targets.
12. Prepare regular recruitment MIS and dashboards for management review.
13. Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, policies and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile
1. 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / IT Recruitment, preferably within IT services, technology consulting or a similar setting.
2. Strong experience in hiring for SAP and Microsoft technologies is highly preferred.
3. Good understanding of technology skill sets and current IT talent market trends.
4. Proven experience in handling volume as well as niche/senior technology hiring.
5. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
6. Experience in managing recruitment vendors/agencies and internal TA teams.
7. Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
8. Data-driven approach with strong focus on recruitment metrics and delivery.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
