Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager Sales (Fly Ash) to drive Fly Ash sales and business development across Telangana.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Fly Ash sales, along with an established customer network in the Cement, RMC, Bricks/Blocks, and Road Construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Fly Ash sales and business development across Telangana.
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:

- Cement manufacturers

- RMC companies

- Brick/Block manufacturers
- Road & Highway contractors
- Infrastructure and construction companies
- Develop and maintain a strong customer database and sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and supply agreements with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable Fly Ash utilization opportunities.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely and uninterrupted supply.
- Monitor market demand, competitor activities, pricing, and customer trends.
- Maintain regular engagement with key customers and decision-makers.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market updates for management.




- Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain healthy customer relationships.

Candidate Profile

- 15+ years of experience in Fly Ash Sales is mandatory.
- Strong track record in selling Fly Ash to Cement, RMC, Bricks/Blocks, and Road Construction customers.
- Must have a strong database and network of Cement companies, RMC plants, and Road/Infrastructure contractors.
- Solid knowledge of the Fly Ash market and utilization applications.
- Excellent business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven and capable of independently managing the assigned market.

Mandatory Requirements Candidate should be from Telangana

Languages: English & Telugu Mandatory

Experience: 15+ Years in Fly Ash Sales

Only candidates with relevant Fly Ash sales experience will be considered. Candidates without Fly Ash sales experience will not be considered.
