- Overall controlling and monitoring of production departmental activity such as Water Treatment Section, Manufacturing Section, Autoclave Section and Packing Section.

- To ensure valuable manufacturing Practices and cleanliness in Production department.

- Inter departmental communications and Co-ordination with other department for any support to handle smooth running of Production activities.

- To ensure personal hygiene and discipline in Production department.

- Randomly counterchecking of documentation part of Production department like logbooks, BPCR, investigation, Qualification etc.

- To define change with proper documentation system in Production department through QMS.

- To ensure execution of daily production planning for Manufacturing and Packing sections.

- Departmental training co-ordinator.

- To prepare, review investigation of event/deviation/OOS/OOT, Market Complaint and related CAPA.

- Up-gradation of document as and when requires (SOP, BPCR Qualifications etc.)

- Responsible for optimum energy consumption.

- To implement/manage internal auditing system.

- To work out detailing operational control requirements for smooth running of production department.





- Assess the impact of the Significant Environmental Aspect and risk level of hazards and communicating the same to the employees.

- To monitor operation control procedures (OCP) and management programs for all the activities to reduce the significant environmental aspects and OHSAS risk level of hazards and energy losses.

- Identify, review, document and implement the EOHS and Energy management programs to meet the objectives and targets.

- Ensure that Environmental, Health and Safety and Energy incidents are captured and properly communicated to concerned person [EHS].

- Responsible for incident controlling in case of emergency situation.

- Ensures that all the EMS, Energy and OHSAS requirements as per legal register.

- Identifying the significant environmental aspects and significant OH and S hazards through Environment aspect impact analysis and risk assessment process for all the activities of the department and maintain the same in aspect and HIRA register.
