Role

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Manager to lead and manage corporate research, investigative and forensic due diligence, litigation support and corporate intelligence assignments.

The role combines project management, qualitative research, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership. A Case Manager oversees multiple engagements, ensures high-quality outcomes, and guides teams in evaluating companies, industries, leadership teams, corporate structures, and business ecosystem risks.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop work plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

· Lead and coordinate corporate research teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities.

· Implement processes including quality consistency, structure, and flow in research work.

· Maintain transparent and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners/clients.

· Perform final quality and analytical reviews to ensure alignment with client scope.

· Implement and optimize SOPs to drive operational efficiency,



accuracy, and timely execution.

· Foster effective collaboration among team members and across departments.

· Supervise and mentor team members, providing feedback to enhance performance.

Key Skills Required

· Proven experience in business consulting and corporate research.

· Strong understanding of diverse corporate structures and their functions.

· Skilled in analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing qualitative data to derive actionable insights.

· Ability to identify and resolve complex issues efficiently and within deadlines.

· Knowledge of regulatory, legal, and compliance aspects related to corporate operations.

Qualification

· Preferred Postgraduate or Graduate degree in: Economics, Commerce, Business, or Law

· Strong management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· 6-8 years of experience in corporate or legal research, due diligence and forensics, corporate intelligence, compliance investigations, strategic consulting.
