Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations & Business Development Manager to manage daily operations, develop new business, maintain client relationships, and lead our marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and acquire clients through business development and sales.
- Manage client relationships, proposals, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Manage and coordinate Digital Ads Specialists, Creative Designers, Customer Care, and Admin staff.
- Set team targets, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of work.
- Oversee Google Ads, Meta Ads, creative production, and client campaigns.
- Handle client issues and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop SOPs and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales, operations,



and performance reports.
- Support recruitment, training, employee management, and daily administration.

Requirements
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, operations, sales, or business development.
- Experience managing a team.
- Good understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong sales and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and meet targets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
