Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a Manager of Member Development to join our team, focusing on the equity market. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-oriented professional with a strong background in financial services and a deep understanding of equity products. This role is crucial for our growth, as it involves managing and expanding our member base by providing exceptional service and strategic guidance.
The Manager of Member Development will be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing members and identifying recent business opportunities
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or CFA designation is a plus
7-10 years of experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry, with a focus on equity markets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing members. Act as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, feedback, and support.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new member acquisition opportunities. Develop and execute strategies to grow the firm's equity member base, including attending industry events and networking.
Member Education: Provide members with up-to-date information on market trends, new products. Conduct presentations and workshops to enhance member understanding of equity markets.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze member engagement and satisfaction metrics. Prepare regular reports on business development activities and member portfolio performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including research, product development, and compliance, to ensure a seamless member experience.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about competitive landscape, industry regulations, and emerging trends in the equity market.
