Hiring: Program Manager - Last Mile / Rider Operations

nWe’re looking for a Program Manager to drive high-impact initiatives across Rider Hiring, Supply, Reliability, Productivity, and Last Mile Operations.

nWhat you’ll do:

n

n• Drive strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams

n• Analyze rider supply-demand, operational performance, costs, and key KPIs

n• Build dashboards, reports, trackers, and performance scorecards

n• Identify operational gaps and drive data-backed solutions

n• Lead process improvement, automation, incentive optimization, and operational excellence initiatives

n• Manage pilots from execution to impact assessment and scale-up

n• Build SOPs, frameworks, and governance mechanisms





n• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership

n

nWhat we’re looking for:

n• 4–7 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy, Analytics, Supply, or Rider/Driver Sourcing

n• Experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Logistics, Mobility, or Marketplace preferred

n• Advanced Excel mandatory

n• SQL preferred

n• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

n• Experience managing cross-functional programs and pilots

n• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
