Zinnov is hiring for the role of Manager, Enterprise Platforms, ERP on behalf of a leading global MedTech company an organization where technology sits at the center of everything: powering how the core business operates day to day and shaping the products and digital solutions that will define the future of patient care.

This role is part of the company's establishment of a new India Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru, in partnership with Zinnov a global management consulting and strategy advisory firm that has helped establish and transform 220+ Global Capability Centers (GCCs), enabling 250,000+ professionals to drive innovation for the world's leading enterprises.

The India GCC will drive enterprise technology, digital transformation, and innovation for the company's global operations, contributing to technology that ultimately helps millions of people around the world.

What you'll do

This role manages and leads the delivery of SAP platform capabilities that enable critical business operations across the enterprise.



You will lead SAP platform projects in the multi-instance SAP ECC and S/4 enterprise solution landscape needed to support a major business separation, and perform instance rationalization in SAP S/4.

We are looking for an experienced leader who can manage across one or more of the following domains:

- SAP Basis
- SAP Security
- SAP ABAP Development
- SAP BTP/IS Integration

How you'll make an impact

- Lead a team in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP platform capabilities aligned with business requirements.
- Drive planning and execution of projects, programs, and processes that support Day 1 separation and SAP platform consolidation to S/4 landscapes.
- Analyze business needs and contribute to the design of system enhancements and improvements.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and support resolution activities.
- Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and IT stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Maintain system documentation, process flows, and knowledge base artifacts.
- Support data analysis and reporting to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field required.
- Master's degree or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.

What you'll bring

Required:

- 8+ years planning, delivering,



and administering across one or more of the following domains in a multi-instance SAP ECC and S/4 landscape: SAP ABAP, SAP Security, SAP BASIS, SAP Integration BTP/IS.
- Lead teams and SI partners; provide technical governance, code reviews, estimation, design authority, and mentoring.
- Strong experience with production support, critical incident management, performance tuning, root-cause analysis, and release management across 247 global SAP environments.
- Excellent collaboration with SAP functional leads, enterprise architects, business stakeholders, QA/Validation, Infrastructure, and global IT leadership.
- Solid understanding of core business processes across finance, supply chain, and/or manufacturing.
- Demonstrated experience managing full delivery lifecycles (design, build, test, deploy, and support) for ERP initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional and global teams and manage delivery partners or vendors.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
- Track record of ownership, accountability for outcomes, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

- Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, or major enhancements.
- Experience managing people, including hiring, performance management, and team development.
- Exposure to integration technologies, reporting/analytics tools, and enterprise architecture.
- Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, and standard software development lifecycle practices.
- Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals).
- Knowledge of ERP governance, testing methodologies, and process optimization techniques.

- Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Travel: Up to 10% (may include limited international travel)
- Certifications: ERP certifications (e.g., SAP, Oracle), project/delivery certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile), or ITIL are a plus
