Budget Tracking : Monitor maintenance spending, approve vendor invoices, and track contract renewals or terminations.

Site Supervision : Coordinate routine property inspections and oversee active repair or remodeling projects on the bungalow grounds.

Requirements &

Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Experience : 7 to 10 years of experience in contract administration, vendor management, or residential property oversight.

Skills : Strong negotiation, local building compliance knowledge, budget tracking, and explicit communication.
