Role Description The Management Information System Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining institutional MIS platforms, ensuring accurate data collection, entry, and validation for academic and administrative functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing periodic MIS reports, generating dashboards for management, and supporting decision-making through data analysis and insights. The role involves coordinating with academic departments, administration,



and placement teams to streamline information flow and maintain data integrity.

The Executive will also assist in optimizing information systems, troubleshooting basic issues, and supporting the implementation of current MIS features and processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Barjora.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS), with the ability to manage and improve institutional data processes.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills and experience in MIS Reporting, including creating structured reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with multiple departments and presenting data findings clearly.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and database management (e.g., MS Excel, SQL, or similar platforms) and comfort with educational ERP or MIS software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; experience in academic or institutional MIS roles is an advantage.

- Attention to detail, ability to maintain data confidentiality, and a structured approach to documentation and process improvement.
