We are hiring a Customer Service professional to manage customer complaints, email escalations, MIS and service requests. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution and ensure accurate reporting and process adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints, email escalations and service-related queries.
- Manage end-to-end escalation resolution within defined TAT/SLA.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports using Advanced MS Excel.
- Prepare presentations and reports using MS PowerPoint.
- Track pending cases, productivity, TAT and accuracy.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
- Identify repeat complaints and support process improvement.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with SOPs.
Required Skills
- Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS reporting, data analysis.
- MS PowerPoint – presentation and reporting.
- Solid verbal and written communication.
- Good email handling and escalation management skills.
- Customer complaint handling and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
