Experience in corrugated box/board manufacturing plant preferred. Maintenance of corrugation machine and board-making equipment . Knowledge of 5-ply / 7-ply corrugator machines .
Experience with flexo printer, slotter, folder-gluer and die-cutting machines . Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic maintenance . Preventive and breakdown maintenance. Troubleshooting of motors, gearboxes, bearings, pumps, compressors and conveyors .
Knowledge of PLC, sensors, VFDs and control panels is an advantage. Maintain maintenance schedules, checklists and breakdown records . Coordinate with Production to minimize machine downtime . Manage spares, tools and maintenance inventory .
Ensure machine safety and preventive maintenance compliance . Ability to handle shift work and emergency breakdowns.
Experience in manufacturing/plant maintenance is essential.
