Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and support Mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, and DB2.
- Work on Mainframe development, maintenance, and production support activities.
- Utilize Mainframe DevOps tools and follow best development practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams and proactively resolve technical challenges.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Adapt quickly to client-specific tools, technologies, and processes.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure timely execution.
- Act as a self-driven team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
- Relevant experience in Mainframe Development and Maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with Mainframe DevOps tools preferred.
