The primary responsibility of this role is to set up, operate, and maintain paper bag making machinery to ensure the efficient production of high-quality paper bags according to customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to safety, and experience in the paper converting or packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities Machine Operation &

- Setup: · Set up and calibrate paper bag making machines (e.g., SOS, flat bottom, handle bags) according to job tickets and specifications. · Load raw materials (rolls of paper, glue, handles) into the machine. · Adjust machine settings to control bag dimensions, print registration, glue application, and folding precision. · Monitor the production line to ensure machines run at optimal speeds while maintaining quality standards.

Quality Control: · Perform regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications (size, strength, print quality, and glue adhesion). · Identify and remove defective products from the production line. · Make real-time adjustments to machinery to correct quality issues and minimize waste.
