Role Description The Machine Operator role at Hindustan Food Products is a full-time, on-site position based in Hardoi.

The Machine

Operator will operate and monitor food production machinery, ensuring equipment is set up correctly and runs safely and efficiently throughout each shift.

Responsibilities include loading materials, adjusting machine settings, performing basic maintenance checks, and reporting any equipment issues to supervisors or maintenance staff. The role involves following production schedules, conducting visual inspections, and supporting quality control checks to maintain product standards.

The Machine

Operator will also keep work areas clean,



follow safety and hygiene protocols, and communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations.

Qualifications

- Ability to operate and monitor production equipment, including core Machine Operation skills and understanding of basic Machinery functions.
- Experience or training in Quality Control , including visual inspection of products and adherence to standardized procedures.
- Competence in using basic Hand Tools for routine adjustments and minor maintenance tasks.
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, maintenance teams, and coworkers, and to report issues clearly.
- Understanding of safety and hygiene practices in a food production environment, with the ability to follow SOPs and company guidelines.
- Basic literacy and numeracy to read instructions, record production data, and follow batch or shift documentation.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or food processing facility is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules, stand for extended periods, and handle moderate physical tasks.
