Role Description The Machine Operator role at Lernern India is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. In this role, the Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor machinery according to safety and production guidelines. Daily responsibilities include inspecting equipment, performing basic maintenance, and ensuring efficient operation to meet production targets.

Operator will check output for quality, report defects or technical issues, and follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.



The role also involves working collaboratively with supervisors and team members to maintain a clean, organized work area and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and working with various types of Machinery.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, including inspecting products and adhering to quality standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in using Hand Tools safely and effectively for routine adjustments and maintenance.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues clearly.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Ability to follow instructions, read straightforward technical documents, and maintain attention to detail during repetitive tasks.
- Prior experience as a machine operator or in a similar production role is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in shift-based schedules in the Greater Hyderabad Area and participate in ongoing skill development.
