Awign Enterprises Private Limited is looking for an experienced Machine Learning Mentor to provide technical mentoring and guidance to learners through live online sessions.

The mentor will use their practical experience in machine learning and production systems to explain technical concepts, answer questions, review project work, and provide feedback.

Responsibilities

- Conduct live online mentoring sessions on machine learning and MLOps concepts.
- Explain machine learning workflows used in production environments.
- Guide learners on model monitoring and model performance tracking.
- Explain model versioning and rollback processes.
- Provide guidance on CI/CD practices for machine learning applications.
- Explain different approaches to model serving, including batch and online serving.
- Guide learners on experiment tracking and machine learning workflows.
- Provide practical guidance on tools such as MLflow and Hugging Face.
- Review project work and provide technical feedback.
- Answer technical questions during mentoring sessions.
- Help learners understand practical applications of machine learning concepts.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, MLOps, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience working with production machine learning systems.




- Knowledge of model deployment and monitoring.
- Experience with machine learning workflows and CI/CD.
- Knowledge of model serving and production ML systems.
- Experience with MLflow and Hugging Face.
- Good understanding of machine learning lifecycle and experiment tracking.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a mentor, trainer, instructor, or technical educator.
- Experience working on real-world machine learning projects.
- Experience with production ML systems or MLOps projects.
- Experience with predictive maintenance or similar machine learning applications.
