Role & Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day logistics and dispatch operations.
- Ensure timely shipment of materials and products to customers and branch locations.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, warehouses, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Maintain logistics records, invoices, e-way bills, and transportation documents.
- Monitor inventory movement and support warehouse operations.
- Prepare logistics reports and MIS as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; Supply Chain/Logistics qualification will be an added advantage.
- 1-6 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
- Good knowledge of transportation, inventory management, and documentation.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/Logistics software.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Preference will be given to candidates based in Bengaluru
