Role Description The Logistic Incharge role at Medi Sales is a full-time, on-site position based in Sarita Vihar. This role is responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations, including managing inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with suppliers, transport partners, and internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of medical devices.

The Logistic

Incharge will monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and optimize warehouse layout and material handling processes. The role also includes tracking orders, resolving delivery issues, supporting customer service with logistics-related queries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.



The position requires close collaboration with operations and sales teams to align logistics activities with business goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations Management and Inventory Management skills to handle day-to-day logistics, stock control, and warehouse processes.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and resolve logistics-related inquiries effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management within medical devices, healthcare, or related industries is beneficial.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory or ERP software, along with strong attention to detail and organizational skills, is advantageous.
