We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. The role involves ingredient preparation, cooking, maintaining food quality, and keeping the kitchen clean and organized.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare, portion, and cook food according to recipes and standards. Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients for daily service. Maintain proper food storage, labeling, and rotation. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Keep the kitchen and workstation clean and organized. Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Requirements: Previous kitchen experience preferred. Basic cooking and food-preparation skills. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene. Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced workplace. Reliable, punctual, and a good team player.
