nRole Overview:

nThe Lecturer in CST is responsible for delivering technical education, conducting practical programming sessions, mentoring students, and supporting departmental activities.

nKey Responsibilities:

nTeaching & Academic Responsibilities:

- Teach Programming, Data Structures, Operating Systems, DBMS, and related subjects
n
- Conduct practical classes and programming laboratories
n
- Prepare lesson plans and study materials
n
- Guide students in projects and assignments
n

nLaboratory Management:

- Handle Programming Labs and Computer Laboratories
n
- Maintain systems, software, and lab records
n

nStudent Development:

n

n




- Mentor students and support technical competitions
n
- Encourage innovation and project-based learning
n

nQualification:

n

n
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT with First Class
n
- M.E./M.Tech preferred
n
- Qualification as per AICTE norms
n

nExperience:

- Polytechnic/Engineering teaching experience preferred
n
- Industry experience in software development preferred
n

nSkills:

- Knowledge of C, C++, Java, Python, DBMS
n
- Positive communication and practical teaching skills
n
- Familiarity with programming tools and technologies
